For over 13 years, Ervin Koci has been helping his clients by providing timely and accurate financial information, technical - business expertise and internal control procedures. 

Karen minored in business and has her Master's in Education. She has been working with accountants for 7 years and has been utilizing QuickBooks to maintain client's books for over 5 years. Karen reconciles all QuickBooks accounts, prepares payroll and all associated printing. 

Christine is an experienced Office Manager with strong working knowledge of tax preparation and bookkeeping. She plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day office operations, managing client communications, and supporting tax and accounting workflows. Christine is well-versed in bookkeeping fundamentals, payroll coordination, document management, and assisting with compliance-related matters. Her organizational skills and practical understanding of accounting processes help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of client services. 

Tensa Sinani is a dedicated Payroll Associate responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. With a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements, Tensa manages end-to-end payroll operations — from data entry and record maintenance to calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings in accordance with applicable regulations.
